    The Codes contain both positive and negative phrases, true and false messages.

    Negative codes will be found in the Bible, because it is the Book of Knowledge of good and evil, as well as the book of life, or the living book. In the Inspired Scriptures, Lucifer said, "I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God... I will be like the most High." (Isaiah 14:12-14). The serpent told Eve, "Ye shall not surely die." (Genesis 3:4). Satan tells one lie after another in the Scriptures. There are multitudes of "negative Scriptures." We do not disavow the Bible or all its good, because it happens to be a repository of Satan's words, as well as God's. Since the Scriptures record the words of Satan, why would we not expect to find negative messages in the Bible Codes as well? Satan's ramblings within the lines of the Inspired Scriptures do not reduce the effectiveness of the words of God, nor the prophecies of his holy men. Negative Codes do not reduce the legitimacy of the Equidistant Letter Sequences (ELS) found in the Bible. They just reiterate the importance of cautious, careful, study and interpretation of these Codes.

    Near the bottom of this page you will find a section on opponents of the Bible code, negative codes, and links to negative code sites. Be cautious. Many antagonists of the Biblecode are ignorant of important facts, both in the workings of the ELS code, and also in the Hebrew Language. They do not want to believe the Code and they do not want you to believe it.

    There are also many who promote the Codes without sufficient knowledge. Since Bible Code research programs have become more readily available, anyone who can use a computer can run a Code search with little or no knowledge of the Hebrew Language. That does not mean he can properly interpret what he finds. So beware when reading the messages from codes predicting the future. Not all researchers are honest. Some will emphasize words, phrases, or dates that "prove" their point, while ignoring more significant codes present in the grid, because they do not validate, or may even disprove the point in question.

    Proceed with caution when examining the Bible Code. The Codes are genuine. They do exist. Some who promote the Codes are honest. Some who promote them are dishonest. Some who promote them are ignorant. Many who  work against the Codes  are dishonest and ignorant. Some who fight against them are very clever and brilliant. Beware, or they will deceive you. Satan disguises as an Angel of Light, Lucifer, and he is brilliant; so that if it were possible, he should deceive even the very Elect.
